We deliver internationally to the countries available at checkout.

Delivery cost and time

The delivery cost and estimated delivery time for your country are calculated automatically at checkout, before you pay. Delivery times are estimates and may vary, for example because of customs processing.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number.

Customs duties and taxes

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, prices do not include import duties or taxes that your country may charge. If such charges apply, they are paid by the recipient.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived or arrived damaged, contact us at support@tomnorden.com with your order number, and we will help resolve the issue.
